Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Response Pro ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our client analytics dashboard at dashboard.responsepro.app.
1. What This Dashboard Collects
The dashboard displays data that has already been collected through our automation systems (Make.com, Vonage) on behalf of your business. The dashboard itself does not independently collect personal information. Data displayed includes:
- Lead event metrics (counts, response times, opt-out rates)
- Missed call records (masked caller phone numbers, call status, SMS delivery status)
- Automation error logs for system health monitoring
2. Authentication & Session Data
Access to the dashboard requires a Client ID and access PIN or a secure token link provided by Response Pro. Upon successful login, a session token is stored in your browser's sessionStorage for the duration of your browser session. This session data is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab or click Sign Out. We do not use cookies for authentication.
3. Data Isolation
All dashboard data is strictly scoped to your Client ID. You cannot view another client's data, and other clients cannot view yours. This is enforced at both the application level and the database level through parameterized queries scoped by client_id.
4. Phone Number Display
Caller phone numbers displayed in the Missed Calls table are partially masked (e.g., +1540•••1234) to protect the privacy of your customers. Full phone numbers are stored in the database solely for operational purposes (SMS delivery, call tracking) and are never displayed in full on the dashboard.
5. Third-Party Services
The dashboard frontend is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Your connection is protected by Cloudflare's SSL/TLS encryption. Cloudflare may collect standard server access logs (IP addresses, timestamps, page requests) as described in their privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
6. Data Retention
Dashboard data is retained for the duration of your service agreement and up to 90 days after termination. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
As a Response Pro client, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your business data. Contact us at privacy@responsepro.app to exercise these rights.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify active clients of material changes via email.
