Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Response Pro client analytics dashboard at dashboard.responsepro.app. By accessing the dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

1. Access & Credentials

Dashboard access is granted exclusively to clients with an active Response Pro subscription. Your Client ID and access credentials are personal to your business account and must not be shared with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. If you believe your access has been compromised, contact support@responsepro.app immediately.

2. Permitted Use

The dashboard is provided solely for monitoring your own business's lead response performance. You may:

View, filter, and export your own performance data
Share dashboard reports with employees or contractors working directly for your business
Use dashboard insights to optimize your lead response operations

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Attempt to access another client's data
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the dashboard application
Share your access credentials or token links with third parties outside your business
Use the dashboard for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to bypass or circumvent authentication mechanisms

4. Data Accuracy

Dashboard metrics are derived from data posted by your Make.com automation flows. Response Pro is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by misconfigured automation scenarios, incorrect Make.com body mappings, or third-party service outages (Vonage, Make.com). If you believe your data is inaccurate, contact support.

5. Service Availability

We target high availability for the dashboard but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and third-party service outages (Cloudflare, Railway, etc.) may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from dashboard downtime.

6. Intellectual Property

The dashboard application, design, and all associated code are the intellectual property of Response Pro. Your business data displayed within the dashboard remains your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Response Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the dashboard, including but not limited to business decisions made based on dashboard data.

8. Termination

Dashboard access is tied to your active subscription. Access will be revoked upon subscription termination. We reserve the right to revoke dashboard access immediately for breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify active clients of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
